BLOOD SWEAT AND TEARS by Jody Evans

In their first published book, Jody captures their take on hard graft: the strength we build to do the jobs we really hate, the love we pour into our creative practices, and the resilience we show when we fail. 

Blood Sweat and Tears captures 20 queer folk in their workplaces, studios and homes. Making, building and creating. The book documents a range of jobs, from pint pullers to tattoo artists and boat fixers, aiming to show it all, beyond the glossy surface of the work we choose to share on social media. 

Blood Sweat and Tears is an ode to grafters, and a love letter to the friends and family who never cease to inspire.
