We have a strict return policy due to the nature of our products.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards as well as film purchased in-store once left our premises.
Online orders for photographic paper, film or photographic accessories, for in-store collection, have 30 days notice time after receiving your confirmation email for its collection. After this time a full refund for the uncollected products will be issued following the cancelation of the order.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like photographic goods (such as photographic film or paper) and services (such as scanning and printing orders or custom services). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases or batteries.

Booking cancellations and rescheduling
Darkroom, scanning and workshops/classes bookings can be cancelled with a 24h notice period before its start time, full refund will be issued. Cancellation and reschedule links will be located at the bottom of the booking confirmation email.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@rapideye.uk.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Rapid Eye, 79 Leonard St, London EC2A 4QS, UK. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Blank rolls
Due to the nature of our products, one of our unpredictable outcomes are blank rolls. If additional services like scanning and printing are requested on your order, our team will inform you of possible refunds.
Exceptions & exchanges
All exceptions and exchanges will be agreed by our on site team under discretionary agreement.
Refunds
We will notify you when a refund will be issued to you. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
